What does the 14-day trial all include?

For 14 days, we give you full access to a dashboard where you can try out sending documents for signatures, create templates, annotate and revisions and document manage. You will see the real difference and features that SignFast has to offer.

Who is SignFast for?

Anyone in need of a signature that can be sent through e-mail. Whether this is for you to sign and send on, or request a signature from another person. SignFast also can integrate with your current software CRM system, through API Documentation. Senders, signers, developers, administratives and sales teams are a few of the clients we serve.

Can I get a demo?

Yes, we offer one on one demo's, where we walk through our software and capabilities in about 30 minutes, along with asking any questions.

What is Audit Trail?

We provide a detailed document, time stamped, IP address, with the history and tracking of where the document has been and who has signed it.

What are the legal terms of SignFast signatures?

SignFast is in compliance with the e-signature laws and requirements and has a detailed audit trail that is proven evidence in the court of law and less risk than a wet signature. 

Can I use the same e-mail address as another person to sign?

Yes, we offer a 2-factor authentication access code to clients that share 1 e-mail address. It is a simple process shown here:

Do you offer an Application Programming Interface (API) version?

API is a way to integrate our software with your application. It is a backround code that we have developed to work well within the systems you might already have setup. Yes, we offer API integration, find out more here.

Can I forward a signature request?

We do not suggest forwarding a signature invite, every recipient should have an e-mail address to send to, and we offer a carbon-copy (cc) option to allow anyone who wishes to receive the signed copy. We also have an option for clients with 1 shared e-mail address, see details here.

Does SignFast software offer different languages?

Yes, in our premium packages, you can choose different languages to view the software.

Do you get notified if a document is signed?

Yes, you can set up your notification settings from the dashboard to stay informed through the whole process.
